Your use of the Company Website or booking of any of its services confirms that you agree with the terms and conditions and accept any future changes.

 

Puerto Rico As a Local is a registered Trademark and the use of its name, trademark and any other content created for this Website is prohibited and protected by Copyrights and Trademark regulations and laws. This includes to download, copy, reproduce, republish, post, broadcast or otherwise use the Company’s Website content in anyway, except for personal use, and any exception should be authorized in written by Company.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

 

The Company uses a third-party service to process your credit card information and payment. If you wish to know more about that company’s policy please contact us.

 

If after booking you don’t wish to participate on a tour, the cancelation should be done by phone at 787-366-4430 and confirmed by a representative of the Company.

 

A full refund will be offered If you cancel with more than 48 hours in advance of the start time of the tour, less any transaction costs or credit card fees). No refund will be offered for cancelations 48 hours or less in advance.

 

No refunds are offered if you don’t show up at the specified pick-up time and meeting point. The Company is not forced to wait extra time if the customer is not on time for the pick-up. No refunds will be offered if you don’t wish to continue with the tour after started and is not responsible for any transportation, coordination or cost to return to your pick-up place or any other place.

 

Some tours require good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Some tours require a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

TOUR REQUIREMENTS

 

Many of the Company’s tours are outdoor activities and require a certain physical endurance. Before booking any tour, you should verify any requirement like minimum age, minimum or maximum height/weight, physical endurance, etc. Please contact the Company if you have any questions about any of the requirements or restrictions. If any of these requirements is not met, and participation is denied by the Company or any subcontracted vendor at the time of the activity, no refund will be provided.
